What or who creates 'meaningful coincidences'?

Jung wrote about a life process he named individuation. Other authors have created different names, for a life process that is supposed to develop 'a unique personality'. I mention Swedenborg's name 'regeneration' because Jung 'devoured'' some 7 volumes according to Ellenberger. The first time (the early 1980's) I experienced the kind of coincidence that obviously cannot be related immediately to a process of individuation didn't leave a lasting impression on me. Neither did the second, third, fourth event... Many similar events had to happen before I was curious and attentive to the new to me kind of experience. I posted the first one on this site but I'll repeat it condensing as much as possible: I wasn't feeling well, I was driving on I-5 in a lot of heavy traffic, when I heard myself say to my husband: "I don't feel like myself any more. I''m not Betty any more I am Ju-anna." At just that moment a white van on the passenger side of our van crossed dangerously close in front of me, then to the driver side lane and sped away. But when it was in front of me, I saw the first vanity plate I'd ever noticed, DJWANNA. Instantly the letters translated into Do You Want To? but secondarily I recognized the letters repeated what I had just said, my new name for my self, Ju-anna. I screeched to my husband: "Did you see that?" and tried to follow the white van to prove I'd not imagined anything. It was several years later that a broad context for that 'singularity' to build, and become more than 'meaningful'. I was amazed (an overworked word in 2015 but with hindsight I know a maze is what I was entering then) when the idea occurred to me that this kind of apparent coincidence is carefully staged. Its a single event in a stream of ongoing experiences, on an individual path but on a larger path in non-linear 'time'. One day a couple of years later I had another impossible experience when I saw a car and wanted to buy it. Eventually I did buy it and noticed when I registered the sale the license tab was ETW 651. I laughed at my own mind when it produced Extra Terrestrial Woman 651 as automatically as Bring your own bottle emerges fro BYOB. The license tab remained on that car for years and in 1985 I drove it through the security gates of my new employer, Boeing and was forced to join a union, IAM 751. Also that day I saw for the first time a model of the pi symbol that was used as their Pride In Excellence awards logo. I was an advanced and challenge level square dancer by then where 'squaring the circle' is easily accomplished... many events happened that centered around that model and a book about pi that was authored by Petr Beckmann which I read in 1989. I became convinced as the next 25 years built on that kind of event, that the source is not visible on this planet and as Anne Baring wrote: "an intelligence other than our own is seeking to make itself known to us ..." I've never experienced the kind of spiritual content she has written about but this quotation from her site rings true to me, its another intelligence not my own at work. And until it is recognized it will be projected wrongfully onto the material world where we as humans are 'time binders' and meaning creators in our memories.
