</p> <p>My "system " was to bet on the reoccurring numbers.<br /> If , say, 7 has just come, I will put (minimal bet ) on it, if it wins (chance 1/37 , alright, I put it again. )<br /> If 7 has not won and the winning number is, say, 10, I put on 7 and 10 in the next game, if one of them wins, I start the game anew with putting on the number which has just won, if none of them has won and the actual winning number was, say, 21 I put may bets on 7, 10, 21 in the next game and so on as long as one of the numbers has won. Of course, after the sixth game ( if none of the numbers has won, you have to double, triple etc. your stake, later in order to gain profit on the undertaking... ) </p> <p> I had hard luck that day, ... It was more than the 12th game - MOST PROBABLY THE 13TH , but I am not absolutely sure of this - and none of my numbers had come out. I had not doubled or tripled or quadrupled the stakes ... It was not about to win (to gain profit ) any more; I wanted to see what is going to happen on this uncanny day. In fact I did not work with my "pure system" of reoccurring numbers; I had already put stakes on most of the 37 numbers. (Not a brave, intelligent strategy if one wants to win. )<br /> ...THIRTEEN - this was the winning number in the next (in 13th ?) game., one of the 2 or 3 numbers on which I did NOT put a stake...<br /> I got angry, angry - was in rage - with my fate and this became to be the FIRST number on which I did not stake after it occurred.<br /> Do I need to to mention that it was this - THIS ! - number that repeated itself ?<br /> After long, long time when no reoccurence had taken place...<br /> I hated the number, and I left my earlier bets on (on almost all numbers, except 13),<br /> And THIS very 13 came up THE THIRD time..... </p> <p>I was running out of this filthy electric gambling stall immediately swearing, and would have<br /> quoted King Lear, had I been in a culture-orinteted mind: </p> <p>"Blow, winds, and crack your cheeks!
